Inspectah Deck is a Bronx-born and Staten Island-raised hip-hop artist, he is a founding member of the legendary Wu-Tang Clan and one of its most lyrically gifted MCs. Known for his razor-sharp wordplay and vivid imagery, Deck delivered some of Wu-Tang’s most iconic verses, including standout performances on “C.R.E.A.M.” and “Triumph.” Though often regarded as the group’s “secret weapon,” his solo career includes critically respected albums like Uncontrolled Substance and The Movement, showcasing his sharp pen and deep street narratives. In recent years, Deck has reinvented himself as part of the underground supergroup CZARFACE alongside 7L & Esoteric, blending boom-bap beats with comic book aesthetics and continuing to push creative boundaries while honoring the essence of classic hip-hop.
