ABOUT

Black Taffy (Donovan Jones) is a Dallas based composer and performer currently focused on pairing classical, new age and ambient music with large bass and percussion à la musique concrete. His works have received acclaim from NPR, Pitchfork, BBC, Bandcamp and Resident Advisor. He is signed to Leaving Records out of Los Angeles and is also an avid chess bum.
